Hop & Shop 2020 and 2020 Easter Egg Hunt

Who: The Homewood Chamber of Commerce and Homewood Parks and Recreation  

What: The 7th Annual Hop & Shop Easter shopping event and the 4th Annual Evening Easter Egg Hunt

When: Saturday, April 4th (Hop ‘n Shop will take place from 10 a.m. – 2 p.m. and The Easter Egg Hunt will begin at 6:30 p.m. The time of hunt depends on child’s age— children toddler-aged- 11 years old are able to participate).

Where: Hop ‘n Shop will take place in Downtown Homewood and The Easter Egg Hunt will take place at the Homewood Athletic Complex

Description: Join the Homewood Chamber of Commerce and Homewood Parks and Recreation as we celebrate Easter in Homewood!

The 7th Annual Hop & Shop will officially kick off the spring shopping season in Homewood. Retailers in Downtown Homewood will give customers the opportunity to hunt for Easter Eggs holding discount coupons, gift cards, candy and other prizes. The Easter Bunny will make a special appearance during lunchtime!

The Homewood Easter Egg Hunt will take place on Saturday, April 4th. This year will be our 4th annual evening egg hunt. The hunt is for toddlers up to 11 years of age. Children will hunt for eggs with children of their own age group. In addition to the hunt there will be games, prizes, bounce houses and the Easter Bunny will make a visit for pictures.

Location: Homewood Athletic Complex – Lower Baseball / Softball Fields

Date: Saturday, April 4, 2020

Moonwalks & Festivities Begin at 5:30pm

Remember to bring your baskets for the hunt

1-2 years: 6:30pm – Daylight Hunt
3-4 years: 6:30pm – Daylight Hunt
5-6 years: 7:15pm – Sunset Hunt
7-8 years: 7:45pm – Bring your flashlight
9-11 years: 7:45pm – Bring your flashlight

Hunt for ages 7-11 years to begin at dark

Don’t be late as it does not take long for all of the eggs to disappear!
